Unibrace correction system for problematic toenails
Unibrace is a specialized nail brace treatment designed to address various nail conditions, particularly ingrown and involuted toenails. This innovative method offers a non-invasive solution that helps alleviate pain and discomfort associated with problematic nails.
Key Features of Unibrace Nail Brace Treatment:
Non-Invasive Procedure: Unlike surgical options, Unibrace is a non-surgical treatment that involves applying a brace to the affected nail. This minimizes risks and recovery time.
Pain Relief: The brace works by gently lifting the edges of the nail, which can help reduce pressure on the surrounding skin, alleviating pain and discomfort.
Improves Nail Shape: Over time, the brace can help reshape the nail, guiding it to grow in a more natural direction, which can prevent recurrence of ingrown nails.
Quick Application: The procedure is typically quick but can be done only by trained foot health specialist who will design the shape of the brace tailored to the individual needs
Durable and Effective: The brace is made from surgical steel and it’s attached to the nail plate on dental composite providing a long-lasting solution for nail issues.
Suitable for Various Ages: Unibrace can be used on patients of all ages, making it a versatile option for families dealing with nail problems and also for patients with diabetes as it’s not touching the skin.
Follow-Up Care: Patients may need to return for follow-up appointments to monitor the nail’s progress and make any necessary adjustments to the brace.
Steam exfoliation treatment
A steam exfoliation foot spa treatment is a luxurious and rejuvenating experience designed to pamper the feet while promoting health and relaxation. This treatment combines the benefits of steam therapy and exfoliation, making it an excellent choice for those looking to refresh and care for their feet.
Key Components of Steam Exfoliation Foot Spa Treatment:
Steam Soak: The treatment begins with immersing the feet in a warm steam. This helps to open up the pores, soften the skin, and relax the muscles. The steam can also enhance circulation, providing a soothing effect.
Exfoliation: After the steaming, an exfoliating, luxury scrub is applied to the feet. The exfoliation process helps remove dead skin cells, calluses, and rough patches, leaving the feet smooth and revitalized.
Moisturizing: Following exfoliation a rich foot mask is applied to nourish the skin. This step helps lock in moisture, ensuring the feet remain soft and hydrated.
Mini Massage: Following the mask absorption, a foot massage is performed. This includes gently kneading and pressure on reflex points to promote relaxation and improve circulation. The use of moisturizing creams or oils during the massage adds an extra layer of hydration.
Steam exfoliation foot spa treatments are suitable for anyone looking to pamper their feet, especially those who experience dry skin, calluses, or fatigue. However, individuals with certain medical conditions (diabetes) or skin issues should consult me before booking this treatment.
Thai foot massage
Thai foot massage, also known as „Thai foot reflexology,” is a traditional practice that combines elements of acupressure, stretching, and reflexology. It focuses on the feet and lower legs, aiming to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being.
The origins of Thai foot massage can be traced back over 2,500 years to ancient India, where it was influenced by Ayurvedic medicine. It later evolved in Thailand, integrating local traditions and techniques. Thai foot massage is part of traditional Thai medicine, which emphasizes the importance of energy flow within the body. Practitioners believe that stimulating specific points on the feet can influence other parts of the body, promoting healing and balance.
Health Benefits of Thai Foot Massage:
Improved Circulation: The massage techniques help stimulate blood flow in the feet and legs, which can enhance overall circulation and promote healthier oxygen and nutrient delivery to tissues.
Relaxation and Stress Relief: Thai foot massage is known for its calming effects. The combination of gentle pressure and stretching can help reduce stress and promote relaxation, leading to better mental well-being.
Pain Relief: It may help alleviate discomfort in the feet and lower legs, as well as reduce tension and pain in other areas of the body through the reflexology principles.
Enhanced Flexibility: The stretching techniques used during the massage can improve flexibility in the feet and ankles, which is beneficial for overall mobility.
Detoxification: By stimulating the lymphatic system, Thai foot massage can aid in the detoxification process, helping the body to eliminate waste products more effectively.
Balancing Energy: Practitioners believe that foot massage can help balance the body’s energy flow (known as „prana” in Thai culture), promoting a sense of harmony and well-being.

The certified courses I have completed cover both standard podiatric procedures and specialized therapies for challenging conditions such as ingrown toenails, nail deformities, or foot care for patients with chronic illnesses.
Every bit of experience I gain translates into practical results and an individual approach tailored to my patients’ needs.

Got questions? Here are the most common answers
I’ve prepared answers to the questions I hear most often, so you can feel confident and well-informed before your visit.
If your question isn’t listed here – feel free to reach out directly, I’ll be happy to help.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
Your first visit will include a detailed assessment of the health of your feet, along with a full review of your medical history, allergies, medications you are taking, and details of any previous feet problems. I will start by examining your feet taking a close look at the skin, nails, shoes and your vascular pulses. If your feet are in high risk (of ulceration, vascular problems, neuropathy etc.) I will offer you a Neurovascular Assessment with a use of Monofilament.
How to prepare for a visit?
Freshen up your feet exactly as you normally would, please do not soak your feet.
Please do not apply moisturiser, cream or antiperspirant before your visit.
Remove nail polish from the nail plate so its condition can be assessed (at least 24h before your appointment ).
Please do not file your skin, cut your nails, or cut out any skin lesions – all of this can make it difficult to properly diagnose your problem.
I neglected my feet for years and I feel so embarrassed about it. How to overcome shame before my first appointment?
Please relax and try to make te most of your visit and don’t worry. I’m here to help you not to judge. Please remember Foot Health is my passion and seeing feet with problems is an everyday occurrence for me, so you don’t have to feel embarrassed.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes I do, I cover Weymouth, Dorchester and Portland (charges vary depending on distance).
Do you treat children?
Yes I do.
Is there parking at the clinic?
